Description

Ethical practice: Working with Children, Families, and the Law

Now in its third year, this 4-hour live webinar was developed specifically to support child therapists (child counsellors, arts and play Therapists) working in private practice with the bigger ethical issues common to working children (2-12 years) and their families.

Newly revised based on past participant feedback, the webinar is delivered over 4 hours and focuses on two common ethical issues this area of practice carries with it that we cannot be naive to. The webinar includes extra time to inquire into real ethical dilemmas with peers and create policies for practice with feedback provided, so you can leave feeling ready and confident!

It is suitable for early career practitioners through to clinical supervisors looking to increase their knowledge of the unique ethical challenges that child therapists working in this area face as well as extend ethical reasoning skills so they can offer a safe, effective, and competent service.
